Our return policy allows for a 14-day window, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU — EU customers have 14 days to cancel their order without giving a reason, and an additional 14 days to return the item after cancellation.
  • No return shipping fees for EU customers
  • Refunds must be issued within 14 days


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.


Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
